Hayley – Co-Founder & Registered Nurse

Hayley is a highly experienced Registered Nurse with more than 25 years in the aged care and healthcare industry. She previously served as the Director of Nursing at a large residential aged care facility, where she successfully led clinical teams and managed the delivery of high-quality care for over eight years.

Throughout her career, Hayley has developed extensive expertise in clinical leadership, complex nursing care, dementia care, palliative care, and supporting older people to live with dignity and independence.

Hayley is passionate about delivering compassionate, person-centred care that is tailored to each individual's needs. She believes that every person deserves to be treated with kindness, respect, and genuine understanding.

Outside of nursing, Hayley enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends and believes that maintaining strong relationships and enjoying life are just as important as providing exceptional care

Kate – Co-Founder & Registered Nurse

Kate is a dedicated Registered Nurse with a diverse career built on caring for people in a wide range of environments. Before becoming a nurse, she worked as a flight attendant, where she developed exceptional communication skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and a strong commitment to customer care and safety.

Since transitioning into nursing, Kate has gained valuable experience providing compassionate, person-centred care. She is passionate about helping people maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life while receiving care in the comfort of their own homes.

Kate is known for her warm, approachable nature and her ability to build genuine relationships with clients and their families. She believes that great care is built on trust, respect, and treating every client as an individual.

Outside of work, Kate enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, and making the most of every opportunity to create meaningful connections with the people around her.
